The World of Sushi

Welcome to the world of "Edomae sushi"

Experience event will deepen your understanding of Japanese sushi culture by “seeing“, “learning“, “eating“, “wearing“, and “making“ sushi, a traditional Japanese food, in a private space. 

This is an experience event held at a private sushi restaurant in Roppongi.

The event takes approximately 2 hours and is held for 2 to 8 people.

Experienced first-class sushi chefs will teach you the world of Edomae sushi!

【CONTENTS】
The details of the event are as follows.

  • Watch the sushi chef's process of making sushi and how he uses the knife.

  • You can watch the process of making sushi toppings on your smartphone.

  • Learn the etiquette and culture of nigiri sushi

  • Learn the difference between conveyor belt sushi and sushi made by a sushi chef

  • Eat delicious Edomae nigiri sushi made by a sushi chef

  • Wear the costume of a sushi chef and setta, traditional Japanese footwear.

  • Grind wasabi

  • Everyone who has become a sushi chef will make nigiri sushi and hand-rolled sushi

and so on

At the end, it is an experience event where you eat the sushi you made yourself, feel the difference between the sushi made by a craftsman and the sushi you make yourself, and learn about the depth of sushi and the beauty of the craftsman's handiwork.
